How to delete Year / Month in blogspot link

In blogspot, the article appears in Doman format / year / month / post .html. This is generally noticeable when looking at the link to know this is Blogspot.

So far, Google (blogger.com) has not had a variety of link customization options like Wordpress because it is a free blogging platform.
