Screen capture with the tool available in Windows 7

There are many ways  to take a screenshot of your computer, including capturing the entire screen , capturing a software program window , capturing any portion of the screen . Below are detailed instructions and ways to capture computer screens with videos and pictures

Note: if you follow the instructions on the laptop but can't take the screen, then press the Fn keywith the key combination you use.

How to capture the entire computer screen

With windows 8, 10 you just need to press the hot key to take a screenshot of "Windows" + "Print Screen". After pressing the hot key on you will see the screen flashes once, so you have successfully captured the entire windows screen. The image will be saved in the folder: This PC (like My Computer on win7, xp) =>  Pictures => Screenshots

Step 1: At the screen, click the " Print Screen " button (for some laptops, press Fn + Print Screen ). This button is often located in the upper right corner of the computer keyboard with many different abbreviations such as: "PrtScn", "Prnt Scrn", "Print Scr" ... When pressing this button you will not notice any signs. Notification that you have just pressed the button, simply press and go to step 2 😀
Step 2: Save the screenshot in full screen. In this step, the first thing you need to do is open the paint tool available on all computers using the Windows operating system (with Windows XP you  Start> All Programs> Accessories> Paint

Step 1: In the software program window, press the key combination "Alt" +   "Print Screen".Step 2: Same as step 2 in way 1.

How to capture part of the screen using the Snipping Tool

Step 1: Open the Snipping Tool on
Windows 7: Start => Accessories => Snipping Tool

On windows 7, 8 and 10, go to search and type Snipping Tool and click on Snipping Tool icon to open it.

Step 2: Select New and then left-click and drag the screen area you want to capture, finally press Ctrl + S to save.
