Firstly. Download the latest version of Electra1131 from the Electra Team's official website.
Note: You must choose a non-developer version (Non Dev Account) if you're not an Apple registered developer; If you have a developer account, you can choose the Developer Account version.
2. Download Cydia Impactor on your computer and open it up.
3. Connect your iPhone, iPad or iPod touch to your computer using a Lightning cable.
Note: Cydia Impactor will recognize your device as shown in the screenshot below. If not, make sure that you clicked on the "Trust" button on the computer from your device through a pop-up and vice versa.
4. Drag the Electra1131.ipa File into the Cydia Impactor window as follows:

6. After successful login, Cydia Impactor will start installing the Key Electra cracking apps on your device:
7. After the installation is complete, go to Settings → Settings General → Configuration & management device ( Settings → General → Profile & Device Management) and click the Apple ID you entered in step 5.
